Why Does "Professional Communication" Matter?

Humans are social creatures that have long evolved. In the early days humans were grouped together to increase their survival. Communication between them became more necessary. And since that time, human communication has been steadily evolving, including speaking, listening, writing, reading, facial expressions, and the expressions that are nonverbal languages, all of which are so that we humans can communicate with each other easily and quickly. This can be seen from human efforts to develop communication methods. To always be more convenient and faster, since the use of fire or smoke signals, the use of communication pigeons, writing letters, telegram, phone calls, social media in these days. Of course, human communication will not stop developing there. Therefore, it is important to understand how to communicate properly.
มนุษย์เป็นสัตว์สังคมที่มีวิวัฒนาการมาอย่างยาวนาน ในช่วงเริ่มแรกที่มนุษย์มีการรวมกลุ่มกันเพื่อเพิ่มความอยู่รอด การสื่อสารระหว่างกันก็เริ่มมีความจำเป็นมากขึ้น และนับตั้งแต่ช่วงเวลานั้นเป็นต้นมาการสื่อสารของมนุษย์ก็ได้ถูกพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่อง ทั้งการพูด การฟัง การเขียน การอ่าน รวมไปถึงสีหน้าท่าทาง และลักษณะการแสดงออกที่เป็นอวัจนะภาษาต่าง ๆ ทั้งหมดนี้ก็เพื่อให้มนุษย์เราสามารถสื่อสารให้เข้าใจตรงกันได้โดยง่ายและรวดเร็วมากขึ้น ดังจะเห็นได้จากการที่มนุษย์พยายามพัฒนาวิธีการสื่อสาร ให้มีความสะดวกรวดเร็วขึ้นอยู่เสมอ ตั้งแต่การใช้สัญญาณไฟหรือสัญญาณควัน การใช้นกพิราบสื่อสาร การเขียนจดหมาย การโทรเลข การโทรศัพท์ การใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์ผ่านอินเทอร์เน็ตในทุกวันนี้ ซึ่งเป็นที่แน่นอนว่าการสื่อสารของมนุษย์จะไม่หยุดพัฒนาเพียงเท่านี้ ดังนั้นการทำความเข้าใจการสื่อสารอย่างถูกต้อง เหมาะสม จึงมีความสำคัญ

Even though we humans have been learning to communicate since childhood, talk and interact with family, friends, colleagues. But this does not mean that the way we communicate is appropriate, pleasant to the audience, and to make the audience truly aware of the intent of the message that is being conveyed. Communication is very complex with a diverse audience whether it is a child, an adult, a colleague, a boss, even the difficulty of the message to be conveyed. That will make communication more difficult. All of this is the reason why even though people are communicating with each other on a regular basis. But it is worthwhile to study communication professionally.
แม้มนุษย์เราจะเริ่มหัดสื่อสารมาตั้งแต่เด็ก พูดคุย มีปฏิสัมพันธ์กับครอบครัว เพื่อนฝูง เพื่อนร่วมงาน ไปจนถึงคนแปลกหน้าอยู่ทุก ๆ วัน แต่ก็ไม่ได้หมายความว่าวิธีการที่เราสื่อสารออกไปนั้นจะเหมาะสม น่าฟัง และทำให้ผู้ฟังรับรู้ได้ถึงเจตนาของสารที่ต้องการจะสื่อไปโดยแท้จริง เพราะการสื่อสารนั้นมีความซับซ้อนมาก ด้วยระดับของผู้ฟังที่มีความหลากหลาย ไม่ว่าจะเป็นเด็ก ผู้ใหญ่ เพื่อนร่วมงาน เจ้านาย แม้กระทั่งระดับความยากง่ายของสารที่ต้องการจะสื่อไป ที่จะทำให้การสื่อสารมีความยากขึ้นไปอีก ทั้งหมดนี้จึงเป็นเหตุผลว่า เหตุใดถึงแม้คนเราจะมีการสื่อสารกันอยู่ทุกวันเป็นประจำ แต่ก็สมควรที่จะศึกษาเรื่องการสื่อสารให้ได้อย่างมืออาชีพ
