ดร.ศักดิ์ เสกขุนทด | Sak Segkhoonthod, Ph.D.
Sak Segkhoonthod, Ph.D. is an expert in Data Governance, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data Literacy, and Digital Transformation. Currently, Dr. Sak is Advisor, Digital Transformation at Electronic Transactions Development Agency, Data Protection Officer (DPO) at The Thai Red Cross Society, and Director, Board of Directors at Provincial Electricity Authority. He graduated with a Ph.D. in Electronics Systems Engineering and an M.S. in Computer Studies from the University of Essex. He also graduated with a B.Ind.Tech. in Electronics from King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang. Dr. Sak is also on the committee of government agencies and state enterprises such as the Executive Board of National Electronics and Computer Technology Center and the Payment Systems Committee of Bank of Thailand. Moreover, he has extensive experience in working with government agencies such as Digital Government Development Agency and National Science and Technology Development Agency.
